Each table gets its own QR code. Customers scan it, browse your menu on their own phone, and place orders directly - no app download, no waiter needed to take the first order.
Step 1: Open the Table Ordering tool
Head to Table Ordering on free.intcount.com. This is the entry point for both creating a new setup and reopening an existing one.
Step 2: Create a Shop
Choose Create a Shop, give your business a name, and add your menu items - name, price, and category for each dish. Setup takes about two minutes, and you can edit the menu at any time afterward.
Step 3: Generate a QR code per table
Once your menu is saved, open Tables & QR Codes. intCount generates a unique QR code for every table you add. Each code links straight to that table's ordering page, so customers who scan it are automatically tied to the right table number.
Step 4: Print and place the codes
Print the QR codes - a simple tent card or sticker works fine - and place one on each table. That's the entire hardware requirement.
Step 5: Start taking orders
When a customer scans the code, they see your live menu and can submit an order straight from their phone. Orders land in your dashboard in real time, so your team can start preparing immediately.
